Public terms
Last updated: March 24, 2026
These terms govern access to Airi Stream, including the public website, protected download flow, desktop software, update services, API services, and associated authentication and payment features.
By accessing or using Airi Stream, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Airi Stream is an operator tool designed to aggregate and display live activity across supported streaming platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, from a single desktop workflow.
The service may also include local overlay serving, OBS-related automations, update delivery, secure download flows, authenticated API storage, and payment or subscription features.
Some parts of the service may be private, invite-only, password-protected, or limited to approved testers, customers, or operators.
You may use the service only if you are legally able to do so and are authorized to connect any third-party accounts you submit through Airi Stream.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, tokens, and devices.
You must not use Airi Stream to violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of any third party.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse protected download links, abuse payment flows, reverse engineer restricted infrastructure, expose local production endpoints unsafely, or interfere with security checks, webhook verification, or update delivery.
Airi Stream depends on third-party services and APIs, including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, authentication systems, payment systems, and hosting providers.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Availability, API behavior, and platform permissions may change without notice.
If paid access, subscriptions, or checkout flows are offered, pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are governed by the offer presented at checkout and the rules of the payment processor used by Airi Stream.
Access associated with unpaid, expired, refunded, disputed, or canceled transactions may be limited, suspended, or revoked.
The software, installer, update metadata, and API features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time.
Airi Stream may deploy updates, modify features, add or remove integrations, and change access conditions when necessary for security, maintenance, or product evolution.
Compatibility with Twitch, YouTube, Kick, OBS, payment providers, or authentication providers may depend on third-party changes outside the control of Airi Stream.
Airi Stream, its software, site content, branding, and related assets remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No right, title, or ownership is transferred except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
You retain responsibility for the content, account connections, and event streams you choose to connect or submit through Airi Stream.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use that content and those accounts with the service.
When you enable overlays, local event serving, OBS automation, or similar local production features, you are responsible for your machine, local network exposure, connected software, and operational safeguards.
Access may be suspended or terminated if misuse, security risk, legal exposure, unpaid amounts, or breach of these terms is detected.
The operator may also limit or discontinue the service or any portion of it at its discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airi Stream is provided on an as-available and as-is basis.
No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every platform change, or suitable for every operational use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-data damages arising from the use of Airi Stream.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a new version is published means you accept the updated terms.
The public service endpoints currently associated with Airi Stream are airistream.nest4cloud.com and api-airistream.nest4cloud.com.
If a separate legal notice, commercial offer, or onboarding flow identifies the operator, billing entity, or support contact for your access, that information applies in addition to these terms.
